She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Jarvis Burleson; her grandson Eddie Ray Vantrees; her parents, Clyde Golden Gentry and Millie Elizabeth Gentry; and her siblings, Lola Imagene Gentry, Mary Francis Gentry and Clyde Golden Gentry, Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Christine Hix of Van Alstyne and Yvonna Morrison of Gunter; and her children, Tommy Burleson (Debbie) of Tool, Marsha Burleson of Kaufman, Rhonda Sanders (Allen) of Hawkins, Lisa Burleson and Jon Burleson (Diana) of Wylie. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
