He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Edward Baskins and Doris Virginia Baskins (Crotts); his grandparents, Leonard and Mamie Crotts; his wife Mary; his stepdaughter Stacy Smith (Ron) of Rowlett; his grandchildren, Zachary Smith (Elizabeth) of Fate and Zane Smith of Rowlett; his great grandchild Elliott Smith; his brothers, Ricky Baskins of Selmer and Randy Baskins (Belynda) of Jacksonville; his sister-in-law Marian Johnson (Larry) of Terrell; his siblings, Bobby Joe Baskins and Geraldine Baskins; and his sister-in-law Rose Mary Baskins. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
