With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosa Linda Segura (Kaufman, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 66. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rosa Linda leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rosa Linda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Nunez and Juanita Nunez; her husband Pedro Segura Jr.; her son Pedro Estevan Segura; and her siblings, Richard Nunez and Sofia Walker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Nalls (Michael) of Kaufman, TX, Vanessa Rodriguez (Raymond) of Kaufman, TX, Sara De La Garza of Terrell, TX and Alicia Sosa (Vicente) of Ft. Worth, TX. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home (2217 S Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Kaufman Cemetery (806 N Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142).
