He is survived by: his wife Kelli Points; his mother Marjorie; his daughter Kelsey Lyn Points; his stepchildren, Kyle Ross Marshall (Emily), Andrew Jackson Boshart (Katelynn) and Kristina Marie Stanley; his granddaughters, Alana Marie Sudderth and Isabelle Debra Boshart; his brother JD Points III (Carey); his nephews, Jason Kyle Points (Paige), Nathan Taylor Points (Jordan) and Jordan Andrew Points (Victoria); and his mother-in-law Georgia Jean Menough.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt Olive Baptist Church (8795 S Fm 148, Scurry, TX 75158). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
