He is survived by: his parents, Lucien Henry Stultz and Nellie Grayson Stultz; his children, Kay Green and Mark Stultz; his brother Fritz Stultz; his grandchildren, Seth Green, Zachary Green and Ryan Stultz; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Addison and Hank Green.
