It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet L. Wood (Kaufman, Texas), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lawrence and Theresa Laurie Tenute; her sister Ginger Conroy; and her grandchildren, Liam Christopher Wilson and Micah L. Atkins.
She is survived by: her husband Vance Wood of Kaufman; her children, Mike Atkins (Monica) of Lewisville, Charles Vance Wood Jr. (Ben Gomez) of Mesquite, Texas., Becky Buchanan (Clint) of Pilot Point, Selena M. Wilson (Chris) of Dallas and Kelsey Richardson of McKinney; her siblings, Gregory Tenute (Linda) of Missouri, Victoria Tenute of Kaufman and Chris Kuster (Kevin) of Flower Mound; her grandchildren, Mark Buchanan, Meagan Buchanan, Kailey Richardson, Mason Richardson, Gabrielle M. Atkins, Gavin Wilson, Cael Wilson and Mazzie G. Atkins; and her great grandchild Ella Joy Buchanan.
