She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mack Welborn and Evelyn Welborn; her son Jay Thomas; her brother Johnny Mack Welborn; her daughters, Kim Chappell (Greg) and Traci Raiburn (Jason); her grandchildren, Cash Chappell, Rylie Peterson (Zach), Cayson Willeford, Layton Willeford, Callon Willeford and Larson Willeford; her great grandchild Reese Peterson; and her brother Jackie Welborn (Pat). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
