He is survived by: his wife Thelma Lewis of Kaufman; his mother-in-law Ann Mallow of Wills Point; his children, Angie Lewis Snorgrass of Kaufman and Joe (Stephanie Lewis) of Wylie; his grandchildren, Katie Snorgrass, Zack Hammer of Canton, Matthew Lewis and Andrew Lewis of Wylie; his great grandchild Caden Barron of Kaufman; his sister Diana Woomer; his niece Melissa Woomer-Weaver of Sunbury; his nephews, Brian Woomer of Sunbury, Brad Woomer of Sunbury and Sandy Woomer of Sunbury; and also, Billy Gilliam of Kaufman, Debbie Rebuck of Cindy Shroyer, Stevens Yetter and Leslie Yetter.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that monetary donations be made in his name to Victory Church in Kaufman, The American Heart Association, or the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas.
