She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tom Borders and Willie Mae Borders (George Long, Sr.) of Waxahachie, Texas.; her husband George Robert Long; her son George Robert Long, Jr. (Bob); her grandson George Robert Long, III; her siblings, Linda Borders and Thomas William Borders, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Linda Louise Borders and Doug (Mary Long); her daughter Linda Long Taylor (John); her grandchildren, Sarah Taylor Pederson (Trey), Nicholas Taylor and Matthew Ryan Long; her great grandchild Caroline Pederson; and her cousin Ann Bond. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
