He is survived by: his grandmother Mildred McMahon; his mother Barbara Allen; his siblings, Larry Hamby, Brad Allen (Brenda "Lee"), Lane Allen and Lark Needham; his daughter Shanell Reed (Russell); and his grandsons, Preston and Peyton Reed. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
