He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie Scoggins and Audrey Scoggins; his children, Lysa Annette Mitchell, Lou Ann Hamiliton and William Glenn Scoggins; his former wife Dorothy Claudine Scoggins; and his wife Paula Stroud Scoggins.
He is survived by: his friend Lavinia Taylor; his children, Robert Scoggins, Cody Scoggins and Kasey Scoggins; and his siblings, Richard Scoggins, Gary Scoggins and Patricia Ann Brayley. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends.
