He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lou Fowler; his sons, Charles Ralph Fowler (Dawn) and Michael Glen Fowler (Cindy); his grandchildren, Bobby Don Fowler (Amy) and Andrea Weisbruch (Jimmy); his sons, Zachary Charles Fowler (Melissa) and Travis Emil Fowler (Chelsa); and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Jace, Reese and Maci. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
