Collins; his children, Jeffrey Collins, Gina Smith and Carrie Ross-Hobbs; his grandchildren, Brian Jr. (Caity), Steven Smith (Taylor), Chris Ross and Taylor Hobbs; and his sister Fran Edwards. He is also survived by nine great grand children.
