She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Gentry and Carolyn Gentry. She is survived by: her husband Ed Carol; her children, Jason, Michelle, Melissa, Mark, Terry and Diana; and her grandchildren, Robert, Michael, Madeline, Emma, Victoria, Lauren and Johnathan. She is also survived by three children, and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (208 S Houston St, Kaufman, TX 75142).
