He is survived by: his significant other Sonja Nix of Kaufman, TX.; his daughter Ashley Lynette Rutledge (Jon Rutledge) of Denver, CO; his stepdaughter Tiffani Nix; and his siblings, Robert Andrew Brooks "Andy" (Jackie Miller) of Mesquite, TX, Paul Brooks (Lauren Brooks) of Wylie, TX, Stephanie Faunce (James Faunce) of Terrell, TX, Tonya Crues (Roger Crues) of Elmo, TX., Wendy Lewis of Ft. Worth, TX and Pam Hodge (Wayne Hodge) of Rockford, IL.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
