It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yolande Isabel Spencer-Miller (Katy, Texas), who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Miller; her parents, Maude Pacifique and Lennox Spencer; her brothers, Michael, Ronald, Tony and Lennox Spencer; and her aunt Amelia Ayoung.

She is survived by: her siblings, Jackie Stewart, Carol Achong, Beverley Spencer and Danny Mosca; her children, Shane Spencer and Sharon Miller; and her granddaughter Ashely Miller. She is also survived by many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
