It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Lee Waite Jr. (Katy, Texas), born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren L. Waite, Sr. and Virginia Allman Waite; his brother William; and his children, Ashley Waite Mullins and Michael King Waite.

He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Waite; his son Warren L. Waite III; and his daughters-in-law, Melanie Waite and Marianna Waite. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
