He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Stahl Welsh Horton; his wife Sandra "Sandi" Adkins Welsh; his children, Ryan Foster Welsh (Deana), Kyle Welsh (April) of Katy and Kelli Welsh Guajardo (Antonio) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Dane and Abbie; and his sisters, Terri Bewley and Shari Bare.
