He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy Brown Ingram; his parents, Sullivan, Sr. Ingram and Urcel Reed Ingram; his grandparents, Benjamin, Sarah Ingram, Sylvester and Laura Reed; and his siblings, Sullivan, Jr., Benjamin Ingram, Sr. and Laura.
He is survived by: his wife Shula Mitchell Ingram; his children, Sylvester, Jr., Marcus Ingram, Sr., Michael, Raymond Mitchell, Steven Hebert, Jr., Angela Franklin and Ramona Hebert; and his sister Gertrude I. Jackson. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
