He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Louise Easley Kilpatrick and Cotton Kilpatrick; his brother Alan Kilpatrick; his niece Amber Kirksey; and his nephew Jason "Biggan" Lowery.
He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Kilpatrick of Sutton, Nebraska; his wife Pat Duell; his child Kennard; and his siblings, Danny Dise (Helen) of Crockett, Jerry Joe Smith (Karen) of Crockett, Ricky Smith (Paula) of Crockett, Natha Dillon (Doug) of Willis, Dovie Turner (John Olan) of Latexo and Melba Lowery (John David) of Crockett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Callaway-Allee Funeral Home (700 E Houston Ave, Crockett, TX 75835).
