With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mae Lowder (Katy, Texas), born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on March 18, 2018 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Preston Lowder Jr; her son James Kenny Sonnier; her parents, Eula Mae Halsell and Earl Calvin Halsell; and her brother Berney Halsell.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Jones; her son-in-law Stacy Jones of Katy; her grandson Mike Culberson of San Antonio; her sister Rhonda Creekmore; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Creekmore of Van Bure, Margie Halsell of Spring Texas, Dave Kuhfahl of Surprise Arizona and Irene Lowder of Graham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to St Jude Childrens Hospital.
