He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herman, Golda Sparks Skaggs, Paul and Eva Roberts Flanagan; and his father-in-law Larry Heathcote.
He is survived by: his parents, Truman Skaggs and Paula Flanagan Skaggs; his wife Christina; his daughter Laura Briceno; his sister Tonya Immel; his nephews, Jason and Layne Immel; his niece Katie Magness (Chris); his great-niece Kaylee Immel; his mother-in-law Beverly Heathcote; and his brother-in-law Barry Heathcote.
