It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Bailey of Katy, Texas, born in Abbeville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ono David and Bertha Lange David; her husband Tommy Bailey; and her granddaughter Megan Procter. She is survived by: her daughters, Charisse Procter and Tiffany LeLeu (Stephen); her granddaughter Tabitha LeLeu; and her siblings, Larry David and Bernice Segura.
