Owen II (Diana) and Paula Marsh; his daughter-in-law Liz Owen Robertson; his grandchildren, Ashley Morgan (Tyler), Jonathan Rosin, Matthew Marsh, Sarah Marsh, Christopher Alexander (Robin), Chelsy Owen Logan (David), Thomas Owen II, Casey Owen, Destiny Owen, Kelly Owen Trevathan (Michael), Austin Owen, Raymond C Owen III, Zachary Owen and Elexus Owen; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Morgan, Makenzie Alexander, CJ Alexander, Makayla Alexander, Carter Logan, Olivia Logan and Sophia Trevathan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
