She was predeceased by: her parents, Lathenia Jones Houser and Carroll W. Houser Sr.; her sister Marian Houser Henry; her children, Richard Starbuck and Scarlet Karwell; and her grandsons, Jeremy Davenport and John David Jackson Jr. Peggy.
She is survived by: her husband Garvin M. McCaskill; her daughters, Sherry Meek of Webster, Kathy Munoz (Felipe) of Sugar Land, TX., Becky Davenport (Brent) of Bakersfield, CA., Jody Jackson (David) of Kemah, TX. and Kelley Lloyd of Katy, TX.; and her siblings, Norma Jean Jones (Larry) of Houston, TX. and Carroll W Houser, Jr. of Sinton, TX. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
