He is survived by: his father Herman Lee Strauss of Lufkin, TX; his daughters, Natalie Strauss of Nacogdoches, TX and Emily Strauss; and his siblings, John Strauss of Lufkin, TX, Stan Strauss of College Station, TX, Susan Jenkins of Rockport, TX and Amy Strauss of Cape Canaveral, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
