She is survived by: her sister Peggy Rochelle; her children, Thomas Dealy, Judy Rugg and Kerri Francis; and her son-in-law Les Rugg. She is also survived by grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Patsy's charitable donations are too extensive to list. She donated to many Catholic charities, Military veteran organizations, organizations and hospitals that care for children, Native American causes, as well as anything else that landed on her doorstep.
