It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Guilbeaux of Katy, Texas, born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Daniels, Jr. and Doris Daniels; and his grandparents, Simon Daniels, Sr., Rose Mary Daniels, Adam Johnson, Sr. and Emma Dell Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Guilbeaux, Jr. (Tracy) of Orange, TX, Kerry Guilbeaux of Lafayette, LA, Jacqueline Mack (Albert) of Lafayette, LA, Darryl Guilbeaux (Tanya) of Franklin, LA and Denise Coleman (Harry) of Franklin, LA; his stepmother Carolyn Daniels of Columbia, LA; and his close friend Katrice Jordan of Katy, TX. He is also survived by seven aunts, two uncles, and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be conducted from 12 Noon - until funeral services at 2:00 P. M. on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing).
Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Charity Cemetery in Franklin (St. Joseph Area), LA.
