He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Richard Garcia, David Leyva, Lupe De Leon and Catherine Perez; his brother Floyd Black; his wife Meliza Garcia; his children, Michael Luke Garcia, Eric Posada, Keith Leal (Maria) of Katy, TX. and Erika Koppa (Matthew); his grandchild Gideon of Suffield, CT; his daughter Melanie Leal (Joel Montalvo) of Austin, TX.; his parents, Michael Garcia and Sandra Garcia; and his siblings, Christopher Garcia (Maria) of Spring, TX. and Sofia Burns (John) of The Woodlands, TX.. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and family.
