She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Flescher; her parents, Henry Birtja and Catherine Birtja; her brother Larry Birtja; her nephew Jon; and her niece Lori Van Horst.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Flescher (Laura) of Houston, Cathy Bohne (David) of San Antonio and Carrie Hightower (Chris) of Katy; and her grandchildren, Kendall, Weston Bohne, Emily, Grant Hightower and James Flescher. She is also survived by grandmother that would drop anything and everything to be there for her children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Marilyn's memory to St. Bartholomew the Apostle Catholic Church or a charity of your choice that would serve the less fortunate.
