He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Basil and Mildred Saunders Chafa; and his siblings, Michael Gene Chafa and Patricia Chafa Holt. He is survived by: his wife Delinda Chafa of Katy; his daughter Dennise Levikow of Frenchtown, MT; his grandchildren, Arielle Rabichaud, Samuel Elliott Calvillo, Elliott Calvillo, Matthew Calvillo, Glen Chapa, Elise Levikow, Jason Levikow, Brian Spencer, Jasmine Hansen and Chad Spencer; and his pets, Big Jake, Minnie Pearl and Shadow. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
