He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascual Soto and Rosa Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Faustina Garcia Mendoza; and his children, Rosa Garcia (Flavio), Norma Jimenez (Melecio), Maria Cruz Botto (Giorgio), Juana Orozco (Abilmael), Rubi Garcia (Uber), Raquel Garcia, Lorenzo Garcia (Ester) and Neftali Garcia (Vicki). He is also survived by Two half-sisters and four half-brothers, 24 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
