He is survived by: his wife Lucy Arrambide Peña; his daughters, Tracy Peña Garcia (Abe Garcia) of Dallas and Caren Peña Recinos of Houston; his grandchildren, Nicholas Garcia, Gavin Garcia and Anabella Recinos; and his siblings, Daniel Peña, Steve Peña, Tony Peña, Cynthia Morales, Rosa Mena, Lucy Canales and Mary Helen Nanez.
