She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Stark and Minnie Stark; her husband Charles Hoech; and her sons, Joseph Allen Hoech, Charles Hoech Jr. and Michael Shannon Hoech.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Winnie (John) of Dickinson, TX; her daughters-in-law, Julie Hoech of Cypress, TX and Lisa Hoech of Houston, TX; her sons, Steve Hoech (Carla) of Kerrville, TX and Robert Hoech (Becky) of Clear Lake, TX; her brothers, Bob Stark (Shirley) of Rockport, TX and Wayne Stark (Lisa); and her great great grandchild Miss Harper Grace. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren.
