He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Trueet Sisk; and his children, Chanda Lee Anne Sisk and John Robert Sisk. He is survived by: his wife Caryl Anne Sisk of Houston; his mother Nancy Ellen Sisk of Kingwood; his siblings, Wallace Trueet Sisk Jr. of Houston and Jane Marie Sisk; and his grandson Luke William Sisk. He is also survived by other cousins, family, and friends.
