It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Denton Hay (Katy, Texas), who passed away on November 6, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hay and Lexie Hay. He is survived by: his wife Rita Doris Hay; and his stepchildren, Stephanie Rennie, Kathy Ann Desell and Dennis Desell. He is also survived by five step-granddaughters.
