She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Lucille Young (Arnold) and Harry Thomas Young; her husband Thomas Edwin Clifton (Tom); her sons, Thomas Edwin Clifton, Jr. (Tommy) and Terry Lee Clifton; her siblings, Harry Thomas Young, Jr., Betty Jean Tinkle and Shirley Mae McHenry; her stepsiblings, Deloris Ann Smith, Shirley June Ryan and Robert Henry "Sonny" Smith; and her grandson-in-law Joe Martinez.

She is survived by: her half-brother David Roy Smith of Houston; her sons, Timothy Bryan (Jennifer Clifton) of Splendora and Todd David (Gina Clifton) of Katy, Texas; her daughters-in-law, Audrey Clifton of Katy and Kathryn Clifton of Allen, Texas; her grandchildren, Tobie Jo Baker, Kelly Clifton-Martinez, Katy Rabbitt (Ronnie), Katie Curry-Clifton, Jessica Harper (Travis), Jeremy Clifton (Kristina) and Justin Ward; and her great grandchildren, Tayler Clifton, Mackenzie Huff (Cade), Kaylee Martinez, Kylee Rabbitt, Kynlee Rabbitt, Riley Harper, Karsen Martinez, Braden Donjuan, Brody Dean, Myles Clifton and Banks Clifton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
