She was predeceased by: her siblings, Patsy and Tom; and her parents, Walter P. Gallagher and Fern Gladys Teske Gallagher. She is survived by: her husband Randall Middlebrook; her sister Ellie Gallaher Sukow; her children, Mark Sukow of Lakeville and Sherry Sukow (Jon Hanson) of Minnetonka; and her brother Ron Gallagher (Jeannie) of Reno. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Her diabetes and its side effects took their toll on Janet's health and with the advent of covid-19 and her deteriorating health her ability to travel ended.
