He is survived by: his wife Shirley Silva; his children, Michelle Dunham, Jeniffer Swonke, Tammie Reece and Jason Martinson; his siblings, Charles Silva (Beverly), John Silva (Diana), Bill Silva (Susan Arbuckle), Tom Silva (Dianne) and Elizabeth Silva; his sister-in-law Liz Silva; his goddaughter Cindy Silva; and his grandchildren, Preston Martinson, Pearce Martinson, Paisley Swonke, Elley Swonke, Brycen Dunham, Berkley Dunham, Brier Dunham and Baelor Dunham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
