He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Foland; his siblings, Thomas Edward Foland and Nancy Harris (Fowler); his sons, William Frank Foland of Houston, TX and Thomas James Foland of Newburgh, NY; and his grandson Joshua Keith Schoettmer, Sr. of Elkhart, IN..
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeannie Hiatt (Phil) and Tammy Leigh Hodder (Jeffrey); and his brother William Foland of Anderson, IN. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
