He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Haworth and Addie Haworth (Meredith); his stepmother Ollie Haworth; and his wife Esther Haworth. He is survived by: his children, Gae Anne Haworth Noska (Doyle) of Columbus, TX and Lee Haworth of Ellinger, TX; his grandchildren, Theresa James (Jeffery) of Ellinger, TX, John Haworth, Katie Kindred of La Grange, TX, Dustin Noska (Hailey) of Rock Island, TX, Lesly Barnes (Wayne) of Huntsville, TX and Andy Haworth of Montgomery, TX; his close friend Betty Rheman of Waller, TX.; and also Vicki Haworth of Montgomery, TX.. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
