He was predeceased by: his parents, Cathy Gardner and Bill Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Blake; his son Billy (Kellie); his stepchildren, Clay (Gretchen), Catherine and Stuart (Jessica); his grandchildren, Vada, Savannah, Austin, Nadia, Jackson, Ruth and Georgia; his siblings, Linda (Jeff) and Wayne (Charlotte); his nieces and nephews, Trisha (Kirk), Cristal, Donald, Michael, Chris and Randy; his uncle Donald (Diane); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dillon, Jacob, Landon, Ashton, Faith, Matthew and Caleb. He is also survived by other extended family; and a multitude of friends.
