He was predeceased by: his parents, Macario Perez and Eusebia Perez. He is survived by: his wife Susana Perez; his children, Max Perez, George Perez Jr., Yolanda Perez Banda (Amador) and Olga Perez; and his sisters, Seferina Rios (Roy) and Dolores Monroy (Richardo). He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
