Bell, DevRene Vinson (Karl Vinson), Devin Umoru, DeVonna Bell and Alex M. Bell; his mother-in-law Victoria P. Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Wilson Ray Williams Jr. and Ella T. Williams. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
