With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freddie Lamar Schaefer (Katy, Texas), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on February 9, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Schaefer and Agnes Schaefer. He is survived by: his wife Karen Schaefer of Katy, TX; his sons, David Schaefer (Liza) of Katy, TX and Bob Schaefer (Allison) of Katy, TX; and his grandchildren, Kayla Schaefer, Ryan Schaefer, Matthew Schaefer and Brian Schaefer.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Freddie's name to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
