It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Isabelle (Strecker) Parmenter (Katy, Texas), born in Russell, Kansas, who passed away on March 6, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacob Strecker and Anna Strecker; her husband Harry Parmenter; her daughters, Pamela and Bev Tomkiel (Phil); her granddaughter Andrea; her great grandchildren, Connor and Sebastian of Aiken; her son Tim (Margaret); and her grandchildren, Jack, Bridget, Luke, Mark, Matthew and Benjamin of Katy, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given to Living Word Lutheran Church.
