She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Guadalupe T. Casarez and Feliz Guzman Casarez; her husband Ricardo Valenzuela; her children, Patricia Valenzuela Rivera, Ricardo Valenzuela Jr, Mario Valenzuela and Cynthia Valenzuela Hegemeir; and her siblings, Guadalupe Casarez, Mario Casarez (Katsuko), Rosario Zapata (Juan), Rudolfo Casarez, Tere, Ermilo Casarez, Emilio Casarez (Janie), David Casarez (Yonghui), Janie Castanon (Robert), Diana Garcia (Alfonso) and Yolanda Gonzalez (Ted). She was also cherished by five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
