With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Gregory of Katy, Texas, born in Bastrop, Louisiana, who passed away on January 6, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Vail and Norma Vail (Foster). She is survived by: her husband Dwain Gregory; her sons, Ronnie Gregory of Lovelady, Randy Gregory (Chastity) of Katy and Richard Gregory (Karen Lightsey) of Brookshire; her grandchildren, Josh, Ashley, Teresa, Dwain, Kassidy, James, Abigail and Dillon; and her siblings, Arlene Straughn (Larry) of Hutto and David Vail of Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
The family requests memorials be made to Schmidt Funeral Home to help alleviate the funeral expenses.
