She was predeceased by: her father William Stonehocker. She is survived by: her mother Ione Stonehocker of Katy, TX; her husband Michael Johnson of Katy, TX; her daughter Michelle Carrejo (Nick); and her grandchildren, Aiden and Ian Carrejo of Katy, TX.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Denise's name to Breast Cancer Research Foundation (www. bcrf.org) or a charity of your choice.
