He is survived by: his wife Tommie Day of Katy; his son Darren; his daughter-in-law Jean Anne Day of Galveston; his daughter Dottie; his son-in-law Dwayne Trahan of Katy; his granddaughters, Megan Spies (Andrew) of McKinney and Lucy Gregory (Tanner) of College Station, Texas; his sister Janet Guidry of Taylor, Texas; his niece Robin Adams (David) of Austin; and his friend Ray Escobedo of Baytown.
